Our mission is to provide structured coaching, writing strategy, and affirming support to ensure Black women scholars have the tools, guidance, and confidence to finish strong, publish boldly, and navigate the next chapter of their careers with clarity.
Through personalized coaching, developmental feedback, and a commitment to rest sustainability, and Black feminist scholarship, we support Black women scholars in not just completing their dissertations—but in building careers and research agendas that honor their brilliance and impact.
